Returns Policy

At Operate Auto, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

No Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or if you simply no longer want the item. Please choose carefully before finalising your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at sales@operateauto.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request supporting evidence such as photos or videos to assess the issue.

Once approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (at our discretion).

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
