Shipping policy

At Operate Auto, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the shipping information below carefully before placing your order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be extended — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g. courier delays, public holidays, or remote area delivery).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide. If you are located outside of Australia and wish to place an order, please contact us at Sales@operateauto.com.au to discuss possible shipping arrangements.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Operate Auto is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact the courier using your tracking number first. If you still need assistance, email us at Sales@operateauto.com.au and we’ll help investigate.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product so we can lodge a claim with the courier.
